Right now I am in the middle of preparation for my first ever fitness competition on May 1, and I have decided to change the feel of my blog for a while. (don’t worry my snarkiness will shine through no matter what I do). Instead, I hope to focus my blog more on how my body changes over the next 11 weeks, and use this as kind of a motivational tool here is my first post:
Motivation: 7
Progress: 8
Diet: 10
Work-out: 10
Tuesdays are the easy day for me to come home from the gym feeling like I actually did something because I work out with my trainer on that day. The trick for me is to be able to replicate that progress when I am on own. Its really easy to check your form when someone is watching you, but its really hard when you have to watch yourself. My goal for the next couple days is to improve my form on every exercise I do and keep the intensity that I have with my trainer, Lorrie, even when she isn’t there.
