My relationship with the scale is an unhealthy one to say the least. I have to quit relying on it as my sense of well-being. My whole day should not depend on the number that appears on a digital readout. Over the next month, I am going to try to only weigh on Sundays, and even if I haven’t lost a ton of weight, I will not let that effect me. I will push through and keep working hard.
