Weekends are the toughest time for me to stay motivated. Unlike most people. these are my busy days at work, and my gym closes early on both days, so if I even make it there before it closes, I usually am forced to rush my work-outs, so I always wake up on Monday feeling like a lazy sonoffabitch with little in the way of self-esteem. I haven’t made it to the gym yet today, and I am really anxious to get a good, long, hard work-out.
