I had my first posing lesson today, it went not so great. I have a lot to learn, but thanks to Lorrie I think that I will be ablet to look like I can least fit in come competition day. The hardest part is definitely remember to keep the gut in and the shoulders back. Over the next week I am going to attempt to maintain the best posture possible at all times.
