Today is the first day of a new diet plan to jump start my weightloss again. No more fruit at all and no more carbs after two. We will see how it goes, but I am sure going to miss my sweet potatoes at dinner. I did legs today, and for the first time I looked in the mirror and saw definition in my quads, now it is just a matter of getting the rest of my legs caught up with my calves. I am trying really hard to just maintain my calves without building any more. It’s really hard though, because my calves are my most defined muscle and I really like to show them off.
